Shipping & Delivery Options

1. TRANSPORT BY COURIER
   The transport of our products to you is accomplished by Speedex courier. Our packing is done with the appropriate health precautions for Covid-19. Most of our products are ready for delivery and sent to you within one working day.  Products that are subject to a delay are indicated on their description. The courier company receives the package from us, and then delivers it to you. You will be sent e-mail that will inform you about the status of your order. Also you will receive an sms by Speedex courier that will inform of the approximate date and time of delivery. If you select for Greece the payment method “Pay on delivery”, you will pay to the courier an extra fee upon the transport costs pay and you will receive your package. This payment method is charged an extra fee of 2.90€.  Payment on delivery is also available by paying with your credit card. The costs are:
   The transport cost for Attica is € 3.00 for up to two kilos with an extra charge of € 1.50 for each extra kilo.
   The transport cost for the rest of Greece is € 4.00 for up to two kilos with an extra of € 1.90 for each extra kilo.

Shipping costs for remote and inaccessible areas are an additional 5.00 €.

Courier transport costs are free for Attica & Greece for online purchases over 49 €.

2. TRANSPORT BY FREIGHT COMPANY
   The only items that are not eligible for transport by courier are items of high volume such as furniture, lamps and mirrors. If you are interested on items that is not delivered by courier transport, you may contact us by e-mail or by telephone (+30)2103640467 to arrange a special delivery to a freight company. Indicatively, the transport cost starts from € 8.00 and is configured according to the volume and weight of the parcel as well as the final destination. Shipping companies usually deliver parcels “on the sidewalk” and not inside your premises. In any case, after consultation and possibly with an additional charge with the transport company, delivery can be made at the place you indicate. In case you prefer to receive your order from the agency, there is the possibility after a telephone contact with the respective transport company.

3. STORE PICK-UP
   You can pick-up your order from our shop within 5 working days.
